One of Rockwood's greatest football teams was the 1947 Tigers. They went 10-1 that year (including a win in the Lions Bowl) and their defense only gave up 32 points for the entire year. This year will mark the 70th Anniversary of that team. The RHS Football Alumni has created a 1947 Team Page to honor that team this year: http://rhsfootballalumni.com/1947Team.asp
